I, JUDITH A. DILORENZO, being unmarried, of 134 Old Main Street, Unit 101,
South Yarmouth, MA 02664, for consideration paid and in full consideration of ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND N0/100 ($137,000.00)
grant to IMELDA SOLLOMONI and ERION SOLLOMONI, Husband and wife as
Tenants by the Entirety, of 30 Squ.anto Road, Quincy, MA 02169.
WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,
A certain parcel of land together with the buildings thereon situated at 51 Mill Pond
Road, Yarmouth (West), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, and shown as Lot 17 on
Plan entitled "Subdivision Plan Mill Pond Park West Yarmouth, Mass." by Charles
Fuller Whitney, Engineer, recorded in Barnstable Registry of Deeds Plan Book 45, Page
17, and more fully bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHWESTERLY by Mill Pond Street, as shown on said plan, thirty-four
and 03/ 100 (34.03) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 16, as shown on said plan one hundred thirty-three
and 40/100 (133.40) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Olga Matson, seventy-five
and 43/100 (75.43) feet; and
SOUTHEASTERLY by Race Road, as shown on said plan, one hundred
forty-seven and 08/ 100 (147.80) feet.
Grantor hereby releases any and all homestead rights to the within premises, whether
created by declaration or operation of law, and further states under the pains and
penalties of perjury that there are no other individuals entitled to homestead rights to
the property being conveyed.
