SOUTHERLY by Lot 2 as shown on said plan, a distance of two hundred forty-five and

WESTERLY by land now or formerly of John N. & Eva B. Bottomley as shown on said
plan, a distance of Two Hundred Twenty-seven and 08/100 (227.08) feet.
Being LOT 3 and containing 1.2 acres, more or less, as shown on a plan of land entitled "plain of

Meaning and intending to be the same premises conveyed to Paul R. Adams by deed dated April
8,1999 and recorded with Registry of Deeds at Book 12199, Page 254.
I, Paul R. Adams, hereby irrevocably release and terminate any and all rights of Homestead in
