I represent Kent Stout and Andrea Graveline, Trustees of the Grove Street Nominee
Trust, owners of the property at 9 Vernon Street, West Yarmouth. This serves to respond
to your letter of August 31, 2023, which requests the Trustees to relocate boulders along
Vernon Street by September 30, 2023.
The Trustees intend to have the line of the street layout surveyed and staked by a
professional land surveyor to identify the location of the edge of the road layout and the
easterly sideline of their property. The Trustees have reached out to Kieran Healy, PLS at
BSC Group in West Yarmouth. Mr. Healy did the surveying associated with the permitting
and construction of the new home on 9 Vernon Street. Thus, Mr. Healy should be able to
perform the staking economically and efficiently. We request that the Town forbear any
action regarding this matter until the Trustees have had the line surveyed. We will contact
you as soon as the staking is completed.
