Hi Bruce,
During the construction of the septic repairs at Pirate's Cove, we have encountered field conditions, which are different
than anticipated. This has necessitated the need to use the future pump chamber, now. As part of this redesign, we
have also decided to replace the two existing distribution boxes. We have provided a third to ensure that there will be
even flow out of Distribution Box#1, by making both pipes that exit this structure with the same length and slope. Let
me know if you would like us to deliver hard copies now. Construction of the repairs is now stopped and won't resume
until we have your approval to move forward.
