RE: Certification of Sewage Disposal System at 728 Route 28,West Yarmouth

Dear Bruce,
In April of 2022, BSC Group, Inc. (BSC)visited the property referenced above,to observe the construction of
the sewage disposal system improvements. Prior to construction, it was unclear whether the existing system
was installed in accordance with the record plans,due to their being only two outlet pipes in the existing
distribution box(north),which could mean one of the three trenches were never installed. BSC prepared a
septic design plan proposing a replacement leaching trench in the area of uncertainty.At the beginning of
excavation, it was discovered that the trench in question did exist, BSC was on-site to confirm that each of the
existing trenches were present in the leaching system as were called out on the record design plans and record
as-built plans.A new distribution box was installed in order to evenly distribute the septic flow.
Based on the observations and measurements of our Engineering staff,the newly constructed system is
consistent with the approved plans and complies with the regulations as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the
Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Regulations. Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any inquiries
