Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
#63 Met with owner Craig and tenant Kathleen. Craig provided a dumpster for
Kathleen to do a major clean out. New smoke/Co2’s were installed throughout.
New gas stove installed. Replaced light fixture in the kitchen. Remarkable
improvement in the last 2 weeks! Owner has committed to completing
remaining items, mattresses is garage and the removing and resealing around
shower Basement not to be used as a sleeping area.
