(Coneco) is requesting that the Yarmouth Conservation Commission issue a Certificate of Compliance for the Order of Conditions (OOCs) issued in association with the Bass River Golf course 3rd Hole (now the 12th hole) Relocation Project. This Request for a COC is for the OOC issued under the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40.) and its implementing Regulations at 310 CMR 10.00 and the Yarmouth Wetlands Bylaws. The OOC was issued for this project and recorded at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds. The work under this Order was never completed. •MA DEP File No. SE 83-168 - Issued January 4, 1979 - Recorded in Book 843, Page 417 (June 3, 1953) - Expired January 4, 1982. (Coneco) is submitting this Request for a Certificate of Compliance (COC) to the Yarmouth Conservation Commission for the 3rd Hole Relocation Project at the Bass River Golf Course (62 Highbank Road). This Request for a COC is for both local and state Orders of Conditions and any required extensions issued on the project under the Yarmouth Wetland Protection Bylaw (Chapter 143) and the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40.) and its implementing Regulations at 310 CMR 10.00. In particular, the request is for the local and state Orders of Conditions issued for the project. • Order of Conditions issued for Yarmouth - DEP File No. SE 83-168. Issued January 4, 1979. Expired January 4, 1982. Included with this submission are copies of the Orders of Conditions and any associated Extensions. All Order of Conditions included in this submission were recorded at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds. Construction for this project was never initiated, therefore, none of the proposed work under the Notice of Intent was ever completed. The applicant wishes to pursue a Certificate of Compliance in order to close out the project. There have been no impacts to any resource areas or buffer zones as a result of this project. Post-Project Site Inspection A site inspection to ensure that no work had been initiated on the project was conducted. No work was ever undertaken on this project for the 3rd hole golf green (currently hole 15). The attached photo shows the referenced golf hole.
