Absolutely stunning rental! Beautiful. Home found incredibly neat, clean and
organized. Great walls, ceilings and floors. According to Health Department
septic records, it's restricted to a 3 bedroom, 330 GPD septic because it's in
zone II. This sets the rental occupancy at 6 persons. The 4th area being used
as a bedroom was originally built as a "game room" and can't be used for
sleeping.

per square inch; (3) They are equipped with a self-closing device except where
the screen is designed to open to the side; and (4) They are tight fitting and
prevent the entrance of pests.
