WithQUITCLAIM COVENANTS
The land with the buildings and improvements thereon, known as 452 Main ,Street, West
Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, being more particularly described on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and oracle a part hereof.
This conveyance is not substantially all of the assets of the Grantor in Massachusetts.
Meaning and intending to convey all of the property as described in deed dated June It, 2007
and recordedivith the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 22107, Page 303.
