The plan includes renovation of 3,341 square feet of second floor serviced by an elevator/lift and two stairways. The
second floor will have glass viewing area for the Air Park and arcade game area below removing the area will corn hole.
The Air Park is inflatable and designed for all ages from children through adults. It will have slides, climbing wails, sports
games (dadgeball etc.) and assorted obstacle course. The 5,000 sq ft Air Park addition will utilize the 24 foot ceilings to
create tall park walls and longer slides. Men's and ladies' bathrooms along with seating for birthday parties and events
will be included. The current alcohol license service to the new party and event seating proposed for the second floor.
Comments
Building: Use requires Special Permit per Use Table 202.5 N7 & N11. Current use is allowed by Petition 4928 — January
13, 2022. Expansion of this use requires a modification of the existing relief and or a new Special Permit to expand the
use. All construction to comply with 780 CMR MA State Building Code and appendant codes. It is understood that no
changes are proposed to the existing parking area.
Communi Devela ment and Plannin : The proposed expansion at Ryan Family Amusement with the addition of an
indoor air park and other improvements will help to expand year-round recreational opportunities for everyone. The
owners have done a great job with the fagade improvements on the existing building and they have indicated they will be
continuing this onto the remainder of the building, The front buffer is nicely planted and maintained. Their continued
investment in Yarmouth is much appreciated.
Conservation: Not present.

Enoineerinq: No comments.
Fire: 527 CMR 1 ch.16 safeguarding construction, hot works requires separate permit. Elevator to accommodate
ambulance stretcher. Flame retardant certifications for all inflatables and structures used. Maintain clearance for
sprinkler heads. Existing sprinkler system support proposed use and Occ.? Fire alarm system updated for use.

Health will need 1) Floor plans for kitchen area, 2) Materials for floors, walls, and ceilings. 3) Kitchen Diagram IE
