• POINT LOAD BEARING- SOLID BLOCKED AND CONTINUOUS
• BASEMENT BEAM HAS SOLID BEARING AT POCKETS, NO WOOD SHIMS
• ALL HURRICANE CLIPS, TIE DOWNS, HANGERS ETC. INSTALLED & NAILED
OFF COMPLETELY
• ALL JACKS SHALL BE TIGHT TO STRUCTURAL HEADERS, ANY FURRING
DOWN OF OPENING SHALL BE BETWEEN JACKS.
• JACKS SHALL NOT BEAR ON SILL COMPONENTS, THEY ARE TO RUN
CONTINUOUS FROM HEADER TO BOTTOM PLATE
CRACKED OR SPLIT STRUCTURAL MEMBERS SHOULD NOT BE USED
• LVLS & PSLS IN PLACE PER STRUCTURAL PLANS, TIMBERLOCKED TOGETHER
• COLLAR TIES WHERE REQUIRED

• ALL WALLS - PLUMB, SQUARE, STRAIGHT AND DIMENSIONALLY CORRECT
• CABINET AND VANITY WALLS DOUBLE CHECKED FOR STRAIGHTNESS
• STRAPPING NAILED OFF AND STRAIGHT
• NAILERS - ALL MISCELLANEOUS NAILERS FOR .SHEET ROCK ARE IN PLACE
• PLATFORM TUB DIMENSIONS ARE VERIFIED. CORRECT IF APPLICABLE

2X4 SAFETY RAIL NAILED OVER THE OPENING UNTIL WINDOW IS SET.
• ALL HOLES IN I ST AND 2ND FLOORS SHALL BE COVERED OVER FOR SAFETY;
BALCONIES AND STAIRWELLS SHALL HAVE TEMPORARY RAILS.
• ALL MATERIAL SHALL BE KEPT IN NEAT PILES AND JOB SITE SHALL BE
CLEANED EACH DAY.
• ALL LUMBER PILES TO BE COVERED FOR PROTECTION
• - IF PROJECT IS A RENOVATION, EXISTING STRUCTURE TO BE WEATHER TIGHT
NIGHTLY
• ALL TRASH TO BE PUT IN DUMPSTER OR ON -SITE BARRELS. MCPHEE LABOR
IS PROVIDED TO EMPTY BARRELS AS NEEDED NOT TO CLEAN UP SITE BEHIND
