Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant of 10+ years, Holly. Home is well lived in by the family. Her
husband is in the middle of replacing windows and still has inside trim to finish.
Upstairs bathroom is not usable as it is also being remodeled by the family. It
appears 2nd floor was once used as an apartment in the past. It is clearly no
longer being used as such. Appliances are no longer used and the breakers for
them have been removed. Recommend removing the non-working stove and
sink.
