2. Furnish and install pair of new 2'-6" doors -- style by owner.
3. Furnish and install new barn door and track at 3'-0" opening - style by owner. I
4. Furnish and install new Pella exterior 3'-0" x 6'-8" door with 1'-0" side lights. l
5. Extend existingbulkhead from grade to new first floor height and install new doors.
6. Furnish and install new Pella French doors (double acting) - each door 2'-6" x 6"-8".
7. Furnish and install new fireplace - style and model by owner.
