#38 Met with tenant of 1+ years Matthew. We relied on google translate to
communicate in Portuguese. Overall unit was neat and organized. Smoke
detector was present but the battery had been removed, tenant said he would
replace. (I received photographic proof that they were) Spoke to owner on the
phone who stated she would come and check both units and ensure they had
working smokes/co2s and went over with Petrina violations found.
