All TJI Truss Joists installed per manufacturer's specifications. - All ext. fasteners exposed to weather shall be hot dipped galv. or stainless steel. - All existing foundation, floor, wall, roof, etc. structure to remain for use in new construction shall be continuously, safely and securely protected, weatherproofed, shored and braced, etc. as required until the whole structure is sound. - All existing material to remain for use in new construction shall be continuously, safely and securely stored and/or protected until reuse. - When cutting and patching or unless otherwise noted, new interior and exterior finish materials shall match existing in quality, style, size and detail. - New Day Design shall be notified of any discrepancies, ambiguities or inconsistencies.
