Request for Waiver of Site Plan Review
Dear Mr. Grylls:
Please be advised that this office represents Andrew Laird and Cynthia Laird, the owners
of the above referenced property. As you know, Section 104.4.1 of the Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw
was amended on April 11, 2006 to allow you, in your capacity as the Building Commissioner, to
determine whether Site Plan Review is necessary for the conversion of property to a
condominium form of ownership. My client will soon apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for
a Special Permit to do just that. At this time, I am requesting that Site Plan Review be waived.
No exterior changes, other than as approved by the Board of Appeals, are contemplated at this
time. If you are in agreement, please sign below and return the original to my office. I will
pr-sent it to the Board of Appeals at their hearing. I thank you for your time and attention to
matter.

Hi Paul,
I do not see a need for SPR based on the fact that the relief is only to change the form of ownership.
Thank you,
Mark

I thought that I had sent this to you but I guess I did not. I am requesting a waiver to go to Site
Plan Review for the condominium conversion to be heard next Thursday. Sorry. Any chance
you could throw an email at me to that effect?
