I, James Rissling, MA Registration Number: 20039, Expiration Date: August 31, 2024, am a
registered Architect, and I have prepared and directly supervised the preparation of all design
plans concerning the Architectural Design of the residence at 22 Holly Lane, Yarmouth, MA.
I have reviewed the project and the As-Built Survey prepared by a Licensed Land Surveyor for
conformance to the approved Architectural Design.
I attest that the project has been executed as designed, especially with regards to its overall
size and placement on the Site.
