Overall Remarks:
Met with long-term tenant, Peter Brown of 12 years. Unit well-lived in and
reasonably organized. Tenant stated that he removed some bulbs to suit
personal lighting preference. Back yard requires yard clean up to avoid
harborage. Front yard was tidy . Tenant stated missing cabinets in kitchen were
taken recently by the landlord to be repaired. Please see below for violation of
410.100 Kitchen Facilities and accompanying photos.
