Overall Remarks:
Went to 269 on 10/13/2013, there was no one home at the unit so I conducted
an exterior inspection of items from the maintenance order. I was able to
connect with tenant Bobbit on 10/23/203 who confirmed that all items have
been corrected. The maintenance order is closed and a rental certificate will be
issued.
