OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 24, 2023 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness pursuant
to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at 7:15pm
at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFlCHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

2. 23-AO91 Lee M. Hamilton (Owner): To paint front elevation Boothbay Gray at 27 Plymouth Road
3. 23-AO92 Jeff Keffer (Owner) and My Generation Energy (Agent): To install 34 solar panels on the rear
roofs of 135 Thacher Shore Road
4. 23-AO93 Kimberly Sawyer (Owner) and The Shed Place (Agent): To build a shed at 15 Driftwood Lane
5. 23-AO94 John and Lisa Grady (Owners): To paint front elevation Windham Creme at 415 Route 6A
6. 23-AO95 Eric Weston (Owner): To replace windows and paint front clapboards, shutters, and door at 43
Clinton Drive
