105 CMR 410.000 MINIMUM STANDARDS OF FITNESS FOR HUMAN HABITATION (STATE SANITARY CODE, CHAPTER II)
Items of concern during my inspection conducted on 32 THOMAS PATH requiring correction within 30 days (FEBRUARY 13, 2023).
Exterior: Replace broken board on front porch.
Exterior: Replace rotted trim boards at rear slider.
Detectors: Reinstall hardwired smoke/co detectors in basement and on 2nd flr.
Bathroom: Remove old caulk and apply new sealant to tub
Bathrooms: Clean all exhaust fans – dust build-up
Appearance of Mold: Bathroom ceilings of 1st flr and 2nd flr bathrooms.
Have Professional Mold Remediator evaluate and treat. Submit Remediator’s report to Yarmouth Board of Health.
Trash barrels overflowing. Keep lids closed. Provide additional barrel if necessary.
Remove items blocking access to Heating and Hot Water Systems.
A Rental Certificate cannot be issued until all items have been corrected.
Please respond within 7 days of date of this letter (January 24, 2023) or an administrative hearing may be set to remedy this situation.
