A follow-up inspection was conducted on June 06, 2023 at the above indicated property.
All violations previously cited on January 11, 2023 were found to have been corrected and the Maintenance Order previously issued is now considered lifted and closed.
Additional violations of 105 CMR 410.00 Minimum Standards of Human Habilitation were identified at the time of this inspection. Those violations have been listed in a separate report
as they constitute new findings. Please see the accompanying notice.
