Enclosed is the inspection report for the property at 24 Boxberry, conducted on 8/11/2023. We've identified a primary concern in the bathroom area, specifically peeling paint, and caulking
issues around the shower enclosure. (Pictures are attached to the inspection report)
The bathroom's exhaust fan is not dispersing steam effectively (or doesn’t seem to working), exacerbating the peeling paint. Additionally, the bathroom faucet requires prompt replacement
due to exceeding its anticipated lifespan.
I've discussed this with the owner, and we've reached an agreement. They are dedicated to addressing these concerns promptly, with comprehensive photographic evidence of the repairs.
Anticipated completion of repairs and documentation is by September 15th. A rental certificate will be issued at that time.
