Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Spoke to tenant Joe who told me that the major electrical problem with the
non-working outlets have been repaired and the owner has installed 2
numbers for first responders to see easily from the road. Please see inspection
done on 09/28/2023 for reference. Areas that still need to be addressed
410.100 Kitchen Facilities, 410.110 Bathroom Facilities and Windows in the rear
that are not weather tight. Those areas will need to be addressed in 2024 and
we will perform a reinspection at that time.
