The owner, Robert Gray called this date. He was involved in a lengthy eviction process with the tenant. He had no access to the unit during this period.
The tenant has moved out but did a lot of damage before doing so. The owner is rehabbing the property now.
His plans are now not to rent it again but use it as a vacation home for his family.
