(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request to Extend the Order of Conditions (OOC) SE 83-2258 on behalf of our client Michael Lenzi, the Applicant for the property located 8 Grove Street in West Yarmouth (the Site). This proposed project involves removal of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new dwelling and appurtenances. The OOC was issued on 1/15/2021 and was set to expire on 1/15/2024. The addition of the Covid tolling period does change this expiration date - however we would like to avoid any extension issues. The project has not started as all efforts were out into the adjacent house at #15 Park Ave. This application is being submitted in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Yarmouth Wetlands Protection By-law and a three-year extension is requested.
