There will be an increase in allowable seating and minor increases to the area footprint. There will be no change to story heights. The following summary covers existing conditions and the alterations for the fit-out. Plans for the proposed addition and alterations are attached. Background: The current building use is A-2r(Restaurant)and has been fully occupied in the past. The building is not sprinklered. The building does have a full fire alarm system which is deemed adequate for its'current occupancy. However,a device audit was conducted to specifically address the alterations,AAB compliant restrooms and the new added spaces. Further,deficient items are being identified for upgrades or replacement. These are shown on the attached plan. Fire alarm work will require a separate permit.
