BOARD OF APPEALS
I am Cheryl Sedaker of 20 Arlington Street West Yarmouth, MA 02673, i have owned the property and
lived there full-time since 2000. For the 23 years living across from Hyannis Marina and Tugboats
Restaurant has been a Positive, neighborly, and peaceful experience.
Since Ted Zambelis has taken the reigns over Tugboats Restaurant, he has improved relations with the
neighbors, completely organized the parking with Valet parking only and the food and service is superior
to the previous occupants.
I fully trust that the entertainment Ted brings to Tugboats will be quality performers, that understand
that their music is for the enjoyment of all patrons and respectful of the neighbors.
I recommend to the Board that they allow this petition.
