Failure to provide adequate and safe building egress and access.Thus includes emergency evacuation. Outdated appliances. No use of proper, working Exit devices. No apparent use of evacuation flood lighting Existing roof sign is prone to malfunctioning in storm driven whether. Despite requests for repair, Faulty wiring Exposed, hanging electrical wires from ceiling, Non-structural supports in walls, no bearings, The outside has also has faulty electrical fixtures, improper crainage in parking lot which causes frequent flooding, major rott in wood all around the property, major insect infestation in walls and root (crickets, spiders, ants), correct any of the issues for the 8 years of renting now in litigation. Exposed high voltage receptacle outlet, Non-insulated windows etc...Landlord refuses to comply with Building, Fire and safety requirements set by the Town and the State.
