West Yarmouth,Map 286 Parcel 17
Dear Members,
The Order of Conditions(OOC)for Hyannis Marina#SE83-2215 currently expires on 3/29/24
from the extension granted through COVID.
We request an extension of the order(which would be our first extension)as parts of the
project are incomplete and parts of the project require perpetual maintenance.Please see the
attached.
The maintenance dredging will be ongoing for as long as the Steamship Authority operates in
Hyannis Harbor.The vinyl sheeting is 85%complete.The 1200 gallon settling/pump chamber is
complete but we have further piping upgrades planned and the piping and the smaller chamber
is not complete.The shed has not been replaced and there is foundation repair to finish.
Respectfully,I request the maximum extension allowed by the Commission due to ongoing
general maintenance and maintenance dredging.
