I am requesting to withdraw the application for zoning relief, without prejudice, for the property located
at 50 Park Avenue, West Yarmouth.
Based on the averaging calculation permitted by Section 203.5, the front setback need only be 20.3 feet.
The home is 25.9 feet from the front boundary.
The revised as -built plan has been submitted to and accepted by Building Commissioner Mark Grylls, per
his email dated November 21, 2023.
