Based on the averaging calculation permitted by Section 203.5, the front setback need only be 20.3 feet. The home is 25.9 feet from the front boundary. The revised as -built plan has been submitted to and accepted by Building Commissioner Mark Grylls, per his email dated November 21, 2023. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
