Ryder Rd. – Complainant suspected a diesel spill on the road originated from equipment associated with tree work conducted at this address on 11-9-23. This turned out not to be the case. MIDDLE: View looking east of the paved road surface in front of 48 Capt. Ryder Rd. Very slight petroleum sheen noticed in rainwater on pavement. The sheen seemed to originate from a petroleum stain on the paved road surface in front of 42 Capt. Ryder Rd. and was mobilized by rainfall. No petroleum release was associated with the boat.
