Dear Ms.Brooks and Members of the Conservation Commission:
BSC Group, Inc.(BSC)is pleased to submit this Request to for Certificate of Compliance(RCOC)on behalf of our client,
Douglas and Linda Ducote,the Applicant,for the property located at 15 Shore Road in West Yarmouth(the Site).The
permitted project at the Site included the repair of a stone and riprap revetment wall on a coastal bank,as well as the
replacement of an existing handrail besides existing steps,which are set into the coastal bank revetment.
On August 1st,2023,BSC conducted an inspection to confirm the current condition of the Site.All work associated with
the single-family dwelling,mitigation planting areas and site work were found to be in significant compliance with the
Order of Conditions(OOC),DEP File#SE083-2254,issued on 12/8/2020.Attached please find the attached WPA Form 8A
and site photos.
This application is being submitted in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetlands Protection By-law.If you have any questions or need additional information,please contact our
