Dear Mr.DeYoung,
I am writing on behalf of the Kings Way Trust,which is the entity that controls all the amenities in the Kings Way
community.That control includes for the Kings Way Golf Club,which is leased out to a third-party management
company.In 2009,the KWT Board proposed to your Board,that Kings Way be allowed to accept up to 8,000 rounds per
year. That request was approved. One of the stipulations of the agreement was that Kings Way Trust would report twice
per year,regarding the number of outside rounds being played.
Unfortunately, as a result of attrition at the Board and management level,the reporting has not been submitted, since
2014. What follows is the report on rounds for the past 8 years,which will bring us current.As you will see,we were
over the 8,000*rounds only in 2020,and that was due to the great surge in golf during the height of the pandemic.
