Dear Mr. Brandolini,
Please be advised that the above captioned project has reviewed this date at the site,for as-built roof framing construction
above the left side of the building,above the Living Room and Bath/Laundry wing.
Of note is that the roof and ceiling joist framing,2x4@22"o/c,are tied vertically with 1x6 or 1x3 hangers are various
locations,approximately half the roof rafter span of 7'3"each side of the ridge plate,for a total of 14.5'(inside). With the
hangers,all framing sizes are adequate for the intended load. The hangers will cause deflection where they occur,and a
sag in the ceiling can be seen. All framing components appear solid and unbroken. Therefore,the left side of the building
roof framing is a safe condition.
