Activity/Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of Activity, if necessary): Proposed activity involves a relocating a piling involving less than 1 sq. ft. of river bottom and a float reconfiguration within the approx. zone where the dock currently exists. Work activity is barge -based, similar to seasonal work to affix floats to pilings. The re -configuration is proposed per a review discussion between owner and the conservation agent. b.
