BOARD OF APPEALS
I'm writing this note in response to a hearing notification I received, hearing date 12/14/23
Petition #5063 continued from 11/9/23. 1 live at Bayview St (125) which is the street over from
the restaurant, Marina. I do not feel that that there should be live music at the restaurant, as in
the summer time you hear the noise of cars, talking, hollering, fights etc when people are
coming and going from the restaurant at all hours of the night. It is very disturbing when it
wakes you from all the noise. People are very inconsiderate as the houses are so close to the
restaurant/Marina. While I'm at it, the noise from Trader Ed's that is on the property is just as
disturbing, as the police are called there so often and lots of problems there. One last thing, I
feel that the people that live on Arlington St., closer to the Marina would not write a complaint
letter as most of them are renting from Mr. Kurker.
