Dear Jay,
In April of 2023,BSC Group,Inc.(BSC)visited the property referenced above,to observe the construction of the sewage
disposal system Improvements.BSC observed the excavation for the leaching field,Installation of the soil absorption
system,PVC piping,septic tank,and distribution box,prior to backfill.
Based on the observations and measurements of our Engineering staff,the newly constructed system Is consistent with
the approved plans and complies with the regulations as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board of
Health Regulations.Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any Inquiries you may have.
