Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant of 8 years, Carrie. This unit was previously inspected on
6/5/2023 by me and other housing inspector, Logan Patrick. Inspection today
was done due to change in ownership. Some items from previous inspection
report have not been addressed. Please see below. Additionally, the small room
off the kitchen was locked and I was unable to access. Spoke to new owner,
Lisa and told her I would send 6/2023 inspection report and one that was
done today for her review. The current tenant will be vacating. Recommend
inspecting unit before new tenant moves in.

Remarks:

side or open in an outward direction so that: (1) They are in place during the
period from April 1st through October 31st in each year; (2) They are 16 mesh
per square inch; (3) They are equipped with a self-closing device except where
the screen is designed to open to the side; and (4) They are tight fitting and
prevent the entrance of pests.
