Siding
Instead of painting the siding, we're looking for approval of pre -painted Hardie siding. Colors - Pearl gray or Gray slate.
Attached is the pdf with photos of the samples we have and photos we found online.
Trims
Black trims instead of white. Pre -painted Hardie trims, Midnight Black color. Also some photos in the pdf.
Windows
Instead of white metal windows, we'd like to install black wooden windows (aluminium clad) - Pella LIFESTYLE series. Photos
of similar windows also in the pdf plus attached is the exact specs sheets of the windows we're planning to install.
