Old King's Highway Chairman Richard Gegenwarth, performed an inspection at 908 (906 & 910) West Yarmouth Rd on Friday,
Feb 261h and both houses Failed OKH inspection.
2 bedroom house- at least it deviations from approved plans
Roof is charcoal grey/black, not driftwood; front is white cedar shingles, not grey clapboard; 5 windows have been eliminated; 3
awning windows changed to double hung; 9 light door has 15 lights; small double hung window was added to back of house; no
shutters.
3 bedroom house- at least 8 deviations from approved plans
Roof is charcoal grey/black, not driftwood; clapboard front is grey, not light maple; two windows in back have been changed to a
slider; 9 light door in back has been eliminated; deck was relocated; single double hung window on front right was changed to 2
mulled double hung; no shutters; one double hung window added to each side.
In order to accurately reflect these numerous changes in the Town records, the owner/agent must submit a new Application for
a Certificate of Appropriateness (including new elevation drawings and spec sheets) and appear before the Committee for
review and approval.
The next available OKH meeting is Monday, March 28, 2016 with a filing deadline of noon on Wednesday March 9, 2016.

The Building Department is scheduled to conduct a final for occupancy inspection @ 906 & 910 West Yarmouth Rd — new

approvals.
