OK Lisa here is what I have. The Hyannis Park project was a very big early residential
development in Yarmouth. I have done my best to make the deed chain. There is no dwelling
mentioned until 2008, however I believe there was a dwelling on that property as early as
1944 when Edith A. Sprague owned it. I think more can be mined from the registry, however
that could take some time. If my assessment is correct the house would be about 78 years old,
barely making the 75 — year rule. Based on my deed search and assessment, I can make an
attempt to produce a Demo — Delay Decision Report. Regards, Bob
