I mis-assessed on my previous email. I believe there "could" have been a house on the premises of 50 Park Avenue in 1923 when Edith A. Sprague bought the property from Makepeace. The reason I state this is because why would a woman from Plymouth buy a piece of property in a developed residential area that has no dwelling on it, or would buy it with the intention of building a dwelling, as a second home.
