#46 Met with owner John Jatczak and tenant of 2 years, Dwayne. Overall unit is
good. John is in the process (with permits in place) of replacing windows, roof,
siding and a new shed on the property. See items under 410.235 that need to
be addressed. John stated that he would send photos when areas are
replaced/repaired over the next few months.
