Karen,
Thank you for your time today. I have attached some more information regarding the partial demo requested for the
Gaughran property on River Street. Please see attached. I have attached a preliminary site plan showing the additions
on the existing house footprint. Also the existing conditions plans with square footage tables showing the area of the
proposed demo and the existing to remain. The amount asking to be demolished and replaced is less than much less
than 50%. I have attached the front elevation showing the house raised up on a stone veneered foundation to get the
house above the flood elevation and make it compliant with FEMA flood regulations. This also shows the front elevation
keeping the porch in almost the identical proportions and adding the new second floor area.
I will have the rest of the elevations of the proposed available at the meeting.
