Should you change your mind or wish to sell a portion of the materials (floor boards, doors, paneled walls) I'd be interested on a per piece basis. We have decided to keep the historically significant portions of the house for our own use. If we change our mind about this matter we will certainly let you know. Regards, Deborah Coleman Hello, Deborah Coleman -- I took a look at the house to be demolished on 214 Pleasant St. yesterday with your builder. Although difficult to be sure, the frame and materials do appear to be bug damaged. I have interest in the salvage and can guarantee the antique materials will be reused. I am prepared to offer 1,000. for the salvage and will need approximately 1 week. I have workers compensation and liability insurance and will provide certificates naming you and/or your builder. I am licensed as a MA Construction Supervisor and well as having the MA Home Improvement license.
