Hello, Deborah Coleman--
Thanks for letting me know your decision and I'm glad to hear all the materials will be reused.
Should you change your mind or wish to sell a portion of the materials (floor boards, doors,
paneled walls) I'd be interested on a per piece basis.
Thanks,
David Ottinger 1-617-721-1728

Hi David -
Sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you but we needed to mull over your offer and
speak to our builder.
We have decided to keep the historically significant portions of the house for our own use.
If we change our mind about this matter we will certainly let you know.
Regards,
Deborah Coleman
Hello, Deborah Coleman --
I took a look at the house to be demolished on 214 Pleasant St. yesterday with your builder.
Although difficult to be sure, the frame and materials do appear to be bug damaged. I have
interest in the salvage and can guarantee the antique materials will be reused. I am prepared to
offer 1,000. for the salvage and will need approximately 1 week. I have workers compensation
and liability insurance and will provide certificates naming you and/or your builder. I am licensed
as a MA Construction Supervisor and well as having the MA Home Improvement license.
Thanks,
David Ottinger

Hi Barbara and Colleen, I found someone who is interested in the 214 Pleasant St
house. He is currently working on an historic structure in Chatham and has done
restorations on Nantucket and all over New England. His name is David Ottinger
and his email is davidottinger@hotmail,com. His phone number is 617-721-1728.
He plans to drive by it to look at the exterior. He's really interested so we need to
find the people who can get him into the house . Thanks. Carol
