Concrete Field Report (Continued) Reinforcing Steel Review: Reinforcing steel appeared to be firm and stable. Formwork Review: Out of TEI’s scope of work. Method of Placement: Chute Method of Consolidation: Hand Tools, vibrator Tests Performed: Concrete was tested for slump, % air content, concrete temperature, and ambient air temperature compliance. All tests within spec. Test Specimens Cast: Cast One (1) set of four (4) 4” X 8” cylinders for laboratory compressive strength testing. Laboratory cylinders were stored on-site, in an insulated cooler. Sample Numbers: 23L A - D Weather Protection: No weather protection was observed prior to TEI departure. Comments: Matt Andrews of Byron Devcomm was notified of all results before departure from site.
