Please be advised that I have been retained by Rosangela Caloiero with respect to
the above -referenced matter. On behalf of Mrs. Caloiero, I respectfully request that the
matter be continued to a date in February. I am available on February 1, 8, 15 and 22.
The reasons for this request are twofold. First, I was only recently retained and need
time to review this matter. Second, I have a scheduling conflict. I am scheduled to be at
the Dennis Conservation Commission this evening.
