I received a call from a gentleman who is interested in purchasing a home at 24 River St. in S. Yarmouth. He says the
home needs work and he is wondering what the guidelines are for siding, windows, interior etc. I see this house listed
on the Southside Historical District listing as the Capt. Alex Robins House, built in 1835.
I am not quite sure how/where to direct him. Would this fall under town, state or federal bylaws? Would you please
point me in the right direction, so that I can do the same for him?
