Beth,
Per our discussions based on the attached photos and my conversations with my 90+ year old neighbor the structure
on the property (house) has withstood several additions and renovations through the years. The original cottage was not
winterized in the 1940's and although there were several upgrades/renovations and modifications to the building you
can see it was substantially different even in 1970 (before the first major renovation) than today. As noted in the photos
the second major renovation occurred in 1988, which was substantial as well built primarily for windows and internal
renovation.
I've also attached a recent plot plan and a Land Court Plan from 1965. Not sure if you need any other plan, however I
believe there was one submitted for OKH.
hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need anything else. Otherwise I'll plan on meeting the Commission at the
property at 2 P.M. on Thursday May loth.

Thank you for reaching out. I prepared the Submittal form (attached) and as advised I'll forward required
photos, map and a brief history with photos from the past early next week. Let me know if I need to modify my
responses in the form.
This will also confirm the scheduled meeting at the property on May 10th @ 2:00 P.M. with a follow up at the
Town Hall at 3, if necessary.
